Consider the following simple yet significant actions. 

 

What fits well with you?  Or are you okay with getting outside your comfort zone for a greater cause?

 

Don't get bogged down with whether these things will work or not. Be focused on doing something. If enough people do them,  they will work!  Live up to - "I have to be able to tell  my grandchildren I did not remain silent."

2. Take part in peaceful protests and or sign brigades.

3. Join and or volunteer with established national or local groups.

​

4. Start an informal group of like minded friends and neighbors to encourage each other.

 

5. Wear caps or t-shirts that tastefully advertise your views.

 

6. Write a letter to the editor to your local newspaper

 

​7. Contribute financially.

 

8. Campaign for / contribute to pro-democracy candidates running for office.

 

9. Talk with family and friends.

 

10. Encourage others to actively engage.

12. Other – be creative and of course non-violent.
