Experts say the best way to communicate with your elected officials is through phone.   You will either leave a message or talk to a staff person.  Other ways include the official’s on-line form on their website, or a typed or hand-written letter.

Below is the contact information for Wisconsin’s national officials.  Consider putting their name and number in your phone contacts and spontaneously call them - just might you like call a friend or the company that services you HVAC system.

Before calling, you might find it helpful o got down an outline of your script and be sure to include your:

• First and last name

• Full address

• Phone number

• Give your position on the topic of your call and then give your message which might include the reason(s) for your position and / or what you specifically might as the official to do.  It is best the message be relatively brief and simple.  If appropriate include a story that highlights your point.
